1. Who we are
Buddi Link ("we", "us") is operated by Buddi. We provide a link-in-bio service for private cannabis clubs. Contact: hello@buddi.click.
2. What we collect
- Account data — email, display name, password hash (managed by our auth provider).
- Club data — information you submit when claiming or editing a Buddi Link (club name, contact, links, opening hours).
- Usage data — anonymised page views and link clicks on public Buddi Link pages, used for owner analytics.
3. How we use it
To operate the service, authenticate users, render public Buddi Link pages, and provide aggregate analytics to club owners. We do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Sharing
Public Buddi Link pages display the information club owners choose to publish. Backend processing is performed by trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, auth) under data-processing agreements.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@buddi.click. Account deletion removes profile data and unpublishes any Buddi Link you own.
7. Retention
We keep account and club data while your account is active. Analytics events are retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
