1. Acceptance
By creating an account or claiming a Buddi Link, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and authorised to represent the club you claim. Buddi Link is intended for legally constituted private cannabis associations operating in jurisdictions where they are permitted.
3. Acceptable content
- No promotion of sales to non-members or to minors.
- No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Information you publish must be accurate and kept up to date.
We may suspend or remove links that violate these rules or applicable law.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
5. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
